Features and Benefits
Patented Semi-Closed Loop Recirculation
A dual-pump motorised system preserves water that has already passed through the pad and remixes it with cooler ice water at a constant flow rate, holding an accurate, even temperature across the whole pad.
Consistent Temperature
The recirculation design removes the freezing inlet spots and warm patches found in units that restrict water flow, so the therapy pad stays reliably cold from edge to edge.
Transparent Cooler
The see-through cooler lets you check the ice and water level at a glance so you know exactly when a top-up is due, without opening the lid.
Self-Priming Plug and Play
Fill with ice and water to the marked lines, click the hoses onto your pad, and switch on. The self-priming pump does the rest with no complicated setup.
Portable and Stackable
A low-profile design of roughly 30 x 30 x 30 cm weighing around 3.6 kg when empty, with a Sure Fit lid that stacks securely for easy transport and storage.
Extended Cold Between Refills
A full fill typically holds a consistent therapy temperature for around 4 to 6 hours before more ice is needed, supporting longer rest and recovery sessions.

The ICEMAN Clear3 is suitable for post-operative recovery from a wide range of orthopaedic procedures. It is commonly used after knee replacements, ACL reconstructions, shoulder surgery, hip replacements, and ankle procedures.
Simple plug and play operation makes it an excellent choice for patients who want a straightforward, no-fuss cold therapy solution for their recovery at home. A barrier is always used between the pad and the skin, and skin is checked regularly during use as directed by your treating clinician.
