This Cookie Policy explains how this cold therapy equipment hire website uses cookies. It forms part of our Privacy Statement. It covers the use of cookies between your device and this site.
What is a cookie
A cookie is a small piece of data that a website stores on your device when you visit. It usually holds a unique identifier that lets the site recognise your browser when you return, along with data that serves the cookie's purpose and the lifespan of the cookie. Cookies set by the site you are visiting are called first-party cookies. Cookies set by other companies are called third-party cookies.
What cookies this site uses
This site is deliberately lean. It always uses a small set of essential cookies so the site works and your booking can be processed. It also uses analytics and advertising cookies, but only in the categories you allow and only when those tools are switched on. None of the analytics or advertising cookies run before you give consent.
Essential cookies
Essential cookies are needed for the site to work. On this site they keep you signed in, protect your account and let Stripe process your payment securely during checkout. These cookies cannot be switched off because the hire service cannot run without them.
Analytics and advertising cookies
Analytics cookies help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Advertising cookies help us measure our marketing and reach people who have visited before. These cookies are set only after you allow them through the consent banner or the preferences panel, and only when the relevant tool is switched on for the site. Until then they stay off. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the cookie preferences link.
How to control cookies
You can review and set your cookie choices at any time using . Essential cookies cannot be rejected because they are strictly necessary to provide the service. You can also set or amend your cookie preferences through your web browser settings. As each browser is different, please consult the help section of your browser. If you disable cookies, some parts of the site may not work, including signing in and completing a booking.
Third-party services
This site uses Stripe to process payments. Stripe may set cookies on its own domain during checkout to complete your payment securely and to help prevent fraud. Stripe operates under its own privacy and cookie policy, available at stripe.com/au/privacy. Where analytics or advertising cookies are switched on and you have allowed them, services such as Google and Meta may also set cookies under their own policies. No such cookies are set without your consent.
How often we update this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the cookies we use or for operational, legal or regulatory reasons. Each time you use the site, the current version applies. Please check the last updated date at the top of this page for any changes.
